Kindle cannot open the address

  • Confirm both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • If using a hotspot, connect Kindle to the iPhone hotspot first.
  • Allow Local Network access for PagePop in iOS Settings.
  • Keep PagePop open in the foreground.
  • If the network changed, stop and restart the file service.

A book does not appear

  • Use EPUB, MOBI, AZW, AZW3, or TXT.
  • PDF and font files are not currently supported.
  • Check that the file is DRM-free.
  • Try importing again from the Files app.

Conversion did not finish

  • Keep PagePop open while it prepares the book.
  • Confirm the source ebook is DRM-free and can be opened normally.
  • Try MOBI if an older Kindle cannot open AZW3.
  • Re-import the original EPUB or TXT before retrying.

Clippings are missing

  • Import the file named My Clippings.txt from Kindle.
  • Do not rename or edit the file before import.
  • Search by excerpt text or book title after import.
  • Re-importing safely merges and deduplicates entries.

Why does PagePop ask for Local Network access?

PagePop temporarily serves your selected books to the Kindle browser over your own network. Without Local Network access, your Kindle cannot reach the address shown in the app.

Can I transfer several books?

You can import several files into PagePop at once. For transfer stability, download books one at a time from the Kindle browser.

Which output format should I choose?

Choose AZW3 for newer Kindle models and richer formatting. If an older Kindle cannot open it, switch the output format to MOBI in PagePop Settings and prepare the book again.

Does PagePop remove DRM?

No. PagePop does not remove or bypass DRM. Only import ebooks that you own or are authorized to use.

Where is my reading data stored?

Your bookshelf, clippings, manual reading logs, covers, and preferences are stored by the app on your device. PagePop Premium can create an optional iCloud backup for later restore. See the Privacy Policy for details.
